About Us

We have been in operation from 2010 in the Thabazimbi region of Limpopo South Africa and are a small owner run business dedicated the wellbeing and health of the animals that we translocate and to bettering the customer's expectations with every load we move. We specialize in the long distance movement of wildlife and have forged strong relationships with some of the premier breeders within the wildlife industry of Southern Africa. African Plains Game also facilitate cross border translocation of wildlife to neighbouring countries where the wildlife industry is starting to Blossom. We make use of trucks for translocation as we find that this is the best and safest means of moving any game - we also have trailers and crates for smaller translocation work. Trucks are equipped with their own offloading ramps to ensure that we can offload anywhere or anyplace as per the customer's requirements. We have a full time person that handles permits and other paperwork for our customers to make the process easier.

African Plains Game is registered with the relevant associations such as WRSA, WTA etc. We abide by their code of conduct and procedures - all our equipment meets their specification as well as that of the SABS.
